Recently I had a lecture on Supply Chain Management (SCM) in one of my MBA course. To be candid, I didnt have any idea of what SCM is all about...this course really gave me a great insight of SCM....we had one exercise in this lecture of optimising the network distribution of products...and calculating the total logistics cost....i really loved the task....Thanks to my MBA which gives me an idea of new concepts like SCM,CRM,Product Development, Innovation Management, Presentation Skills, Facilitation Skills, Communication Skills, Economics....!Cheers,
