Our good friend Shailesh got the garden in
the outskirts of Moehlin where we normally meet, clean the garden for growing
vegetables, do cooking and go for a short walk. Its called Schrebergarten a
German term that translates to allotment garden or community garden in English.
It refers to a small, rented garden plot, often located in a communal area,
where people can grow vegetables, have recreational space and connect with the
nature. The term comes from Moritz Schreber who helped popularize the concept
in 19th century.
