Cannes is a city located on the French Riviera. It is a commune located in the Alpes-Maritimes department, and host city of the annual Cannes Film Festival, Midem, and Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. The city is known for its association with the rich and famous, its luxury hotels and restaurants, and for several conferences. Its a picturesque city with beautiful beaches and a must see place in the south of France.
I really liked the city of Toulon. Toulon is an important centre for naval construction, fishing, wine making, and the manufacture of aeronautical equipment, armaments, maps, paper, tobacco, printing, shoes, and electronic equipment. The cable car to the top gives the panoramic view of the city. The weather stayed absolutely fine and it was a day to remember.
