When Ratheesh and Prabu visited me in Basel during the summer holidays, we decided to go to Glacier 3000. Unfortunately, the cable car was not working when we reached. The people who were stranded in the top were rescued by helicopter. It was certainly very disappointing but we made the best by making a small trek and had a good bath in the lake nearby followed by lovely food and drinks. The weather was absolutely great and it was a day to remember.
