We decided to spend 2022 easter holidays in the southern France. We first arrived in Marseille, Situated in the Provence region of southern France, it is located on the coast of the Gulf of Lion, part of the Mediterranean Sea, near the mouth of the Rhône river. Its occupants are called Marseillais. Basilica of Notre Dame of la Garde, Marseille Cathedral, Palais Longchamp are some of the notable places to see in Marseille. There is a ferry ride which goes to the other small islands nearby Marseille. The Mediterranean sea with blue skies is certainly a treat to the eyes.
